Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
30-Day Return Window
You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. The 30-day period begins on the date your package is delivered.
Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In the original packaging
- With all accessories and hardware included
- Free from damage caused by misuse
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at info@bargaincenterthriftstore.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return
- Include a brief reason for the return
- We'll respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions and a return authorization
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required for damaged items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or assembled
- Items missing packaging or accessories
- Items returned after the 30-day window
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly. In those cases, we cover return shipping.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
